Sunset Harbor

Sunset Harbor on Harsens Island is a marina near the Harsens Island Ferry with over 100 summer boat wells, each with 30 amp power. Winter storage runs to five new heated buildings and seven cold storage buildings, 70,000 square feet in all, with gas fired furnaces that dry hulls at ground level so maintenance stays comfortable all winter. A heated service building has a 25 foot door for larger boats, and the marine service department works dockside or in the shop. A captain and service shuttle helps owners with launching. Amenities include a gas dock with pump-out, a heated pool, a picnic pavilion, a private beach, a convenience store, bathrooms and showers.
